The thing is, their harmonies are amazing as well, I just don't like "happy" vocal harmonies in hard rock. In a different way, it's kind of like where the Chili Peppers have went vocally (until JF left). Obviously not in the same league as King's X as Kiedis isn't on the same level; but they have that saccharine syrupy sweet Beach Boys thing going and it just kills it for me. They are world renowned and I am joe internet cover band schlub (lol); but that's how I see it. Different strokes :)

Love this performance -- I remember watching it on the fucking TV the night it happened. I was stoked for em. Aaaaah,.....1994 was a good year for music.

Loved John Stewart's late night show before he moved to the Daily Show. He is clearly a fan of heavy music and even had Slayer on. \m/

As I posted on FB on their page, all those bands combined can't carry the King's X's jock.

One of the GREATEST bands ever.

Clearly, the best part about that concert will be the chainsaw solo from Jackyl.

I saw Twisted Sister at Bloodstock a couple of years ago. Very out of place for the kind of music they usually have on, and I don't usually care about them that much, but they put on a great live show.

And I fucking love Gretchen Goes To Nebraska \:D/

Saw WASP a few years back and they were fuckin' great. Was amazed to hear BL still pulling off those vocals as if 20+ years hadn't passed.

Why? Did Bugera provide the back line for the show?

That jackass was married to Lita Ford when that was still a desirable thing. Ain't no justice in the world.

That's some funny shit, right there - hard to believe he'd go even lower than his performance in that movie. He did...
