Damn, yeah I remember buying them in the 80's for next to nothing. They all sound good, but the compressor especially is outstanding. I will buy at least that one. The distortion was good too from what I remember. I had one and paired it with a SD-1 into a clean amp before I could get a proper amp, it did its job well.
Guitars:
'78 Les Paul Pro / '89 SG Special/ '04 Gibson Les Paul Classic 3 pickup / Jackson Star/ Endres Tele / Fernandes Rhoads/ ''74 Hohner MIJ strat/ 2 Partscasters

Amps:
Depends on when you ask. I got tired of constantly updating this section lol

Cabs
Marshall 1960A w V30s/ Seismic 2x12 w Redback and V30.

Yes, the phase is OTA based like the original and the chorus uses bucket brigade chip V3207.
I listened to the JHS demos and they all sounded great, definitely now interested in getting the chorus, phase and compressor.

Oooh, I like OTA Phasers. The Bad Stone is the baddest of all, but the volume drop was a deal breaker.

I like that they took the fuzz circuit from Kustom amps and made a new, never before released fuzz pedal. Pretty cool.

I had never known that Kustom was Mr Ross's first musical company.

The Comp is basically a variation of the MXR Dynacomp circuit but it has been a favorite of mine for ages.

BYOC had a 5 Knob comp version of the Ross that was awesome and the Way Huge Saffron Squeeze is in that vein too. It's not transparent in the best way.
Good deals with: Guitarbilly

Guitars:
Fender - Tele Plus Deluxe | Tele Deluxe | Tele Deluxe Shawbucker | Thinline Tele with Subsonic Neck

G&L - ASAT Z-3 | ASAT | ASAT Classic | ASAT Bass

Amps:
Mesa - Royal Atlantic | Electradyne | Tremoverb | TA-30 | Blue Angel | Maverick | Heartbreaker | Mpulse 600

Effects:
a bunch, but mainly a Boss MS-3

BYOC also had the original 2 knob Ross clone that you could upgrade to NOS components, but I'm not sure if they still sell it. It's a good one!

Still buying the new comp, because I have problems...
