That was tasty. All killer no filler. When I grow up I want to be Gary Moore. Was this a SLO or 1959?

Cue jizz emoticon. I don't actively listen to Gary Moore, but whenever I do; I pretty much poop myself. The dude was so versatile and really had all the tools in his arsenal to rise to whatever the occasion was. He was subdued when the song called for it but when it was time to burn; he really brought the heat :rawk:

Solo at 2:30ish. ^That song was the first song I heard where I knew it was Gary playing guitar. When he gets to the solo spot; it is one of the best examples of a great combination of phrasing and focused burning within a small timeframe. Tasty as f**k.

Simply awesome!!!! He always had a powerful command of the instrument and really knew how to maintain a balance of technical ability with sheer emotion and feeling. The 10 years I have been heavily into his solo stuff, as well as his brief time with Thin Lizzy.

Here's a killer tune with his band G-Force. I absolutely love the solo in this tune!
