Conquering Dystopia is gonna be the name of this. The members are Jeff Loomis, Keith Merrow, Alex Webster, and Alex Rudinger and they're doing an Indiegogo fundraiser to launch it all off (http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/conquering-dystopia)

It's awesome to see Rudinger doing so well. He was in a local band a from this area with a friend, Max Phelps, who is fronting the Death to all thing and in cynic. I think the bassist for Loomis' current band was in that local band as well. That's probably how they hooked up.

It's cool to see all those dudes doing so well.
