This look like a switching jack. I'd get the right one from Mesa to make sure the switching is correct.
In the meantime, if this jack is busted just get a regular 1/4" from Amazon and wire the speakers directly to it as a temporary fix.

FWIW, I hardwire all my cabs in mono to a single Switchcraft jack. I have never liked these switching systems. Maybe it's because I am used to Marshall cabs and their switching jackplates are terrible quality. I think the Mesa stuff is more reliable but still. If something like that breaks during a gig it can take an output transformer out with it. Unless you actually need a stereo cab for a rack system etc, it's just not worth the risk.

It’s not switching, one Jack is a parallel out. I broke it after a gig. I pulled the cab down and put it on its back while a speaker cable was a plugged in
