New Lerxt Alex Lifeson amps

So these seem to be based on the Marshall Jubilees. But they are also offering a 30w version with 6L6s, which is interesting. Built by Mojotone. My 2203 clone is build off of Mojtone kit and it's the best Marshall I've played so far. So if that is any indication, these amps will be really high quality:. Hopefully there will be some clips out soon.

I thought these had came and went years ago; I remember the older ones not having the red accents

$1695 for the 30 watt head. Not too far removed from what the 25 watt Jube costs. The Lerxst uses 6L6s instead of EL34s. I could be ok with this. Heyboer transformers are solid. I have two amps with them (Metropoulos and Egnater) and they’re great. I could see myself getting one of these.

So there’s a handwired version or one that uses PC boards. Considering original Jubes used PC boards, it’s not a bad cost. However, the Marshall version is actually a little cheaper here as it’s currently $2349. And theirs is a 100/50 watt head so a bit more headroom. I think it uses the Mojo FX loop which is supposed to be a lossless loop not unlike the Metro loop but don’t quote me on that.

I’m a Lifeson fanboy so this is definitely on my want list. Unfortunately so are several other amps. I think for me and my situation the 30 would be plenty. But I’m no stranger to a good 50 watt amp (I have two).
