So I got this guitar:

It was super crusty and dusty when I got it, but I cleaned it inside and out, did a full set up and I have to say, I don't hate it. At all. I was expecting an entry level instrument, but this is actually quite decent. MIK, set-neck, good quality hardware (TonePros, Grover), super comfortable neck and even the stock pickups sound good.
I like it better than the Revstar that was so hyped up on the internet. This is more of traditional "Gibson style" guitar, while the Revstar is its own thing. Which is fine, just not for me. But this one fits right in.
The only mod I did to it was a set of hipshot locking tuners, but that's just something I do to all my guitars. The stock Grovers were fine, just non-locking. The TonePros bridge/tailpiece set was a nice surprise, since that's the other thing I always do to my guitars. But it came stock on this one. Not bad.
I got it with the intention of flipping it but now I am not sure. Might keep it as a beater/workhorse for situations I don't want to take the LP. Really surprised me how decent this guitar is. I may have to revisit some Schecter set-neck guitars. The abalone shit they did in the 90's/00's kept me from even looking at them but this looks classy and it is actually a solid/gig-worthy guitar. I am taking it to practice tomorrow to do a "real world" test
