I think they are terrible and that’s putting it nicely
I have been rocking the older stuff though

yeah man me too. The second one reminds of Aerosmith.. a bit of a different style for Extreme. But it's cool. The solos on all these tracks are off the chain though!!

Not totally my thing, but Nuno's guitar work cannot be denied.
I want an album of just the solos

hes great, he needs a "cooler" band though
Re: New Extreme
I’m digging it.
Re: New Extreme
The lyrics are super bad but I’m just here for the guitar work. Sick tones

I like the room that they are playing in for the Rebel vid. Songs are just OK but the guitars are good.

Re: New Extreme
Gary Cherones a quirky guy but hes a "ok" singer for me, dont love him dont hate his voice but YES hes quirky as a performer at times
The songs are ok and starting to grow on me as a little more, Banshee is a bit edgier (if that makes sense) and i actually hear a hint of old Aerosmith to it.
Glad to hear some new music being put out by them and other older bands, i think its a good thing and Nuno is well we all know just amazing

Re: New Extreme
Did anyone else notice the set in Banshee was the same set used for Bruce Wayne's underground hideout in the Dark Knight?

Sounds like sumthin Wolfgang Van Halen is putting out. That’s just not a vibe that hits home for me very much. It’s solid tho for what it is. I suppose it’s good a band like this is still out there doing it this way. But I’d be surprised if this lands new fans rather than quell some desire for new music for older fans

So awesome to have talented real musicians who are still creating some killer music. I dig this side of Extreme and NUNO what more needs be said.
Great transactions - Davidian, twisty, Dooredge, Mike LX-R, drkorey, Thurston, colejustesen, Mortatone, thesockmonster

Fair. And agree.
Extreme got me into guitar…so I’m biased.
3 Sides was the first CD I bought as a kid with my own money. That record started my journey…so I’m a little slanted. Nuno is one of my OG idols.

Exactly the same for me, but switch 3 Sides out for Pornograffitti. Difference is I was never good enough to play those songs before I stopped playing. lol
