That bird chirped and his reaction was normal, so likely not amped up on anything. Not sure if he is on anything at this moment, he seems like 'the day after' and likely stole some stuff to get things going again because he looks a little shifty

Only watched a few minutes but so far all I saw was a nerd super in to his fancy Monopoly set
