I'm 100% WFH, and that IS a good thing. But I'm living 50 miles from my boys right now and have a GF who lives about 15 mi away, so driving LOADS on the weekends/evenings anymore.

I go back to the office on a hybrid schedule in April, supposedly. Probably 2-3 days in office, 2 days home. So this won’t be too awful for me.

I'm not doing too bad. I only work from home on Fridays now, but I only live 2.5 miles from work. I also live in the city, so everything is less than a mile away from me. Too top it all off I also drive a Ford Focus hatchback with a manual transmission so my gas mileage is pretty good, even for city driving. I fill up like once every 2-3 weeks.

I'm doing good, I was able to get myself a 26% raise a couple weeks ago, it'll help with raising costs of everything else. I don't even pay attention to gas prices, I just put $40 and replace when it gets low. My job isn't too far away and my Ford Edge gets decent mileage so the least of my worries.
Luckily I got a nice raise and a hefty bonus already this year, so the coming flood of cost increases will probably set me at break-even compared to last year.
