Are any of you guys good at comparing offers from different lenders? I'm trying to decide between a handful of offers. I'd like to create a comparison spreadsheet. What are the numbers to create an apples to apples comparison? APR? Total closing costs? Principal paid monthly?

Now is not a good time to buy, regardless of what a realtor tells you. 7% interest rate on a $300k - 900k loan? No thank you.

Save your money, wait for the next crash, and let the feds get that interest rate below 3% again.
