Wiring Question

I installed a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge position of a MIM Standard Stratocaster. I used 5-way super switch so that I could split the Dimarzio in position 4. Everything is working and sounds great except for one thing: I am not getting hum-canceling in position 4, with the RWRP Fender single coil in the middle. It should be noted, I am getting hum-canceling in position 2 (neck & middle). I tried reversing the green (start of south) and red (start of north) wires from the Dimarzio, on the switch, but still no hum-canceling in position 4.
The way I have it wired now:
green/bare = grounded to pot
black/white = coil split
red = hot
For reference, per Dimarzio technical support:
Red is start of north and black is the finish. Green is the start of south and white is the finish.
Any thoughts or ideas?
Thanks in advance.
