Re: BOTR 2020: Best Large Pedalboard (8 or More Pedals)
nothing really new with my board for the last year or so.... but here she is.

right so signal chain is like this..... Boss WL-50 Wireless goes in to the input of the Voodoo Lads PX-8 switcher which has all the different pedals in their respective loops, there's a Send and Return loop in the PX-8 that I send to the input of the HX Effects which is then routed to a patch bay in the front of the pedalboard where I have it set up for 4CM. This way all the analog pedal are in the front of my amp and I can decide which effects from the HX Effects I want in front or in the loop of my amp. The Dunlop DVP4 is run to the expression input of the HX Effects so depending on the preset it can be a volume pedal, wah or control any number of effects parameters.... annnnd everything there is powered by a single True Tone CS12 Power Supply under the board....
The real kicker of the rig IMO is that I use the HX Effects as a Midi controller to change presets on the Voodoo Labs switcher, so no tap dancing for me....

Crybaby -> PolyTune 2 (I love this tuner)) -> Hommie Edition BION -> SD1 ->Small Clone -> Phase 90 -> Deja Vibe -> NS2.
El Capistan in Loop.
Single button Footswitch for Tremoverb. (I use my Metroplex footswitch with this board with the Metroplex).
Wall wart power supply for El Cap and 1Spot Power supply for the rest (not pictured).
And yes the LED on the Bion is that bright even in daylight.

guitar goes into modded Boss CS-3 > Lovepedal Jubilee > OpAmp Big Muff > EVH 5150 - that goes into the front of the amp
in the effects loop - Boss PH-2 > Digitech Luxe > TC Alter Ego w/ digital delay tone print > DOD Rubberneck > Hardwire RV-7

in the effects loop - Boss PH-2 > Digitech Luxe > TC Alter Ego w/ digital delay tone print > DOD Rubberneck > Hardwire RV-7

Re: BOTR 2020: Best Large Pedalboard (8 or More Pedals)
Here's my big ass pedalboard submission:

Signal chain:
(Out front) Sonic Research Turbo Tuner > Klon KTR > Fulltone OCD > Xotic Effects AC Booster > Diamond Tremolo > MXR Analog Chorus > TC Electronic Ditto > Amp
(In the loop) Walrus Audio Slö > Walrus Audio Fathom > Walrus Audio Mako D1 (controlled by the Morningstar MC6) > Diamond Memory Lane 2 < Amp

Signal chain:
(Out front) Sonic Research Turbo Tuner > Klon KTR > Fulltone OCD > Xotic Effects AC Booster > Diamond Tremolo > MXR Analog Chorus > TC Electronic Ditto > Amp
(In the loop) Walrus Audio Slö > Walrus Audio Fathom > Walrus Audio Mako D1 (controlled by the Morningstar MC6) > Diamond Memory Lane 2 < Amp
I used to play guitar.

Re: BOTR 2020: Best Large Pedalboard (8 or More Pedals)

This is my main pedalboard that I use for my band and random jams. Pedal order definitely defies standard thinking but everything sounds killer where it is now...
Keeley D&M Drive > TC Polytune 3 > Crybaby Mini (modded) > Thorpy The Veteran (Si fuzz and Rangemaster) > Walrus ARP-87 (digi delay) > JHS Panther Cub (analog delay) > Chase Bliss Warped Vinyl (vibrato/chorus) > Boss TR-2 > JHS Bender (Tonebender MKIII)

Re: BOTR 2020: Best Large Pedalboard (8 or More Pedals)
You can see this in my Head/Cab entry, but I also wanted to enter it separately. I figured this was the best place for it, but if not, feel free to move it. Nice Rack Canada custom build Fractal FX8 pedal board. The entire rig fits in a custom rolling aluminum flight case with storage for both the 8-foot and 25-foot cable snakes. The build thread I did for it shows a lot more detail, but you get the picture. Top-quality build and a great effects platform for the Friedman BE-50 Deluxe...
