Fernandes FRB-105 6 String Bass

Post by MISTER NOBODY™ »

This Fernandes FRB-105 string bass is a top of the line made in Japan model. Transparent blue finish on an ash body, 3 piece maple neck, and a nice rosewood board. It is a 34" scale, and the string spacing is 17.5mm.

This bass has been completely upgraded. It has Bartolini soapbar pickups, a Bartolini preamp, and Hipshot bridge, tuners, and knobs. The price of these upgrades is $700 alone. It also comes with a Fernandes hard case.

It is in very minty condition. A closet queen to be sure.

Some of the best deals on basses are the top of the line MIJ Fernandes. Seems you get way more for your money versus other manufacturers. The prices they sell for are laughable, as in, you will laugh when you play it for the first time, saying "I can't believe I only paid $600 for this thing." I would actually keep this except that circumstances dictate I sell

Please contact me with any questions. Thanks!

I have the four string version of this bass and it's awesome. These are very underrated, but they can hang with much more expensive instruments. With the upgrades, this is a steal at $600.
Amps: 5150 (w/bias mod), 5150 II, PRS MT-15, FJA PV XXX, Framus Dragon, FJA PV Penta, PV Rockmaster-->Marshall 9100, PV Ultra 120
Cabs: 3 Marshall 1960B, Laney GH412, Avatar 2x15, PV XXX 4x12, Bogner OS 2x12.

yeah that era and even today they have a high quality mark . Like Yamaha or ESP . I know this bass it's a big gun . Shredder in the bass family . A guitar player would have no problems getting around this neck with it's narrower spacing slim neck and low action . Y'all need some gat damn bass too so bass up grls \m/\m/
