Knowing you, IDK if any of these are what I'm asking for, but which one do you think would be the Jazziest??? replacing bridge of my HSS strat (I really don't care about pole pieces lining up either) I would think the PAF, but there your pickups, you'd know em'

The PAF would be a good choice for a cleaner type tone. Especially when matched with some single coils it won't over power them.

But if your are looking for warmth, something like an Air Zone might be a good choice. And honestly the Dimarzio music man axis pickups are quite warm like the Air Zone too.. but I'm only selling those as a pair and they are obviously kinda expensive, since they are pretty rare on the market.

Try the Dimarzio pickup picker. if I choose Jazz as the music style and choose "cleaner/brighter" the PAF I have is the 2nd choice. http://www.dimarzio.com/pickup-picker
