Seymour Duncan P Rails, give me the pros n cons,

Picked up a 2007 Schecter Tempest Custom in a HSC a short while ago at a bargain price of $350. It came with a custom order set of High Order Pickups with an active EQ plate on the back that was made for the original owner. I hate them, they are definately not what i'm into. It also came with the original Duncan Designed pups. So I'm selling them both and want to put in, probably a JB/59 set, but I want Cream pup rings and Cream pup covers. It looks as though on the website its not gonna happen. From there The P Rails came into play as i know i can get them in cream. For those that have played them or heard them, what are your thoughts

I like mine. To me they dont really excel at metal sorts of tones and i didnt like the single coil tone but as a p-90 and sabbathy stuff sort of pickup it excels.
