Pitch Shifting and ripping a audio sample

I don't even know if this is in the right sub forum but anyway, say you want to rip a sample in this case More Human than Human' by White Zombie (can that be done) and making if standard pitch.

I'm sure it can be done but it far above my knowledge

Yes it can be done. With free plugins, ReaPitch in Reaper can be used, pitchshift to pitch and move the formant shift the same amount but in opposite direction.

If you don't know the original pitch just use a tuner plugin, like c_tuner.
