By far the most fucked up one is the dude form Brian Jonestown Massacre:
2. Anton Newcombe on Eric Clapton
“People talk about Eric Clapton. What has he ever done except throw his baby off a fuckin’ ledge and write a song about it?”

“A little short ego-ed fucker who I had a feeling didn’t like people of his own race and wanted to be white and taller.”
Fuck yo couch Prince!

18. Nick Cave on Red Hot Chili Peppers
“I’m forever near a stereo saying, ‘What the fuck is this garbage?’ And the answer is always the Red Hot Chili Peppers.”
16. Alan McGee on Coldplay
“Coldplay are the dictionary definition of corporate rock. The singer is about as weird as Phil Collins. They are career rock personified. EMI should’ve signed Otis The Aadvark instead. At least he only sucks his thumb rather than corporate cock.”
28. David Lee Roth on Elvis Costello
“Music journalists like Elvis Costello because music journalists look like Elvis Costello.”

The David Lee Roth on Elvis Costello is actually pretty genius. Occasionally Roth says some on point shit.

Dave Navarro on Candlebox:
"It sounded like he was just screaming throughout the whole thing. I would never, ever listen to this. It doesn't do anything for me emotionally. I don't feel anything when I hear this."
Dave Navarro on Dave Matthews:
"I'm not a big fan of that style of singing, either; that raspy cramming-too-many-words into the phrase, speaking-singing thing. The whole thing just reeks of denim."

Prince on Michael Jackson:
-Michael Jackson's album was only called "Bad" because there wasn't enough room on the sleeve for "Pathetic."

Billy Corgan on Steve Lukather: "[Steve] thinks I'm a terrible guitarist, and that's his right. But if 'Hold The Line' were the best rock riff I'd ever written, I'd keep my fucking mouth shut."
And, of course:

What the hell was Kurt smoking? GNR was fuckin' awesome. Nirvana had a couple of good tunes, but nothing super spectacular. Not to mention is solos sucked donkey cock.
19. Kurt Cobain on Guns N’ Roses
“They’re really talentless people, and they write crap music, and they’re the most popular rock band on the earth right now. I can’t believe it.”
Fuck this dude.
18. Nick Cave on Red Hot Chili Peppers
“I’m forever near a stereo saying, ‘What the fuck is this garbage?’ And the answer is always the Red Hot Chili Peppers.”

Saw this a while ago and it's fucking hysterical.
That Clapton one is extremely harsh though if not sick.

This list made me realize how much I want to see a "30 Harshest Musician-on-Morrissey Insults in History" list. It shouldn't be difficult.

GNR and Aerosmith are probably my two most favorite bands ever. RHCP is also way up on my list of favorites.
