2013 Gibson Les Paul Traditional

Post by Billelzebub »

$1700 obo - sorry no trades but flexible on the price. I have two builds in progress that need financing.

2013 Gibson Les Paul Traditional. The finish is honeyburst. I thought it was too red to be a honeyburst but if you look up 2013 Les Paul Traditional on the Gibson website the color looks like this. The top has a mild flame that really pops at the right a angle and lighting. It’s not all original, so let me give you a rundown of the changes:

* Tuners changed to Kluson Revolution locking tuners
* Bridge and tailpiece changed to Faber locking bridge and tailpiece.
* Pickups changed to Duncan JB in the bridge and what I believe is a custom wound Duncan 59 in the neck, I believe with an alnico 8 magnet. I need to check with my friend I bought the guitar from, he’s the one that put it in.
* Truss rod cover changed to a blank one.
* Jackplate changed to chrome.
* Strap buttons changed out to Dimarzio clip lock strap system.
* Treble bleed capacitors - no treble loss when you roll back the volume

All changes except the tuners, strap locks and bridge pickup were done by the previous owner, so those parts are no longer available. I will include the original tuners and strap buttons with the guitar. If you prefer I’ll remove the Dimarzio cliplocks and reinstall the original strap buttons. Comes with a Gibson case, but I’m not sure it’s the original case. It might be an older one as it comes with the shroud. Guitar was not a case queen, it has been played. But it’s in good shape with just some worming on the back - mostly from the arm rest of my chair when I’m sitting down playing - and maybe a couple of dings. I was playing it for about an hour tonight and damnit, i really like this guitar. Buy it from me before I change my mind! Shipping will be determined by buyer location. If you're in the LA area we can arrange to meet for pickup.

First two pics are with the original non-locking tuners
