Problem accessing this site at work.

Post by duncan »

Something to do with the meta data tagging this site as "questionable content."

Can we fix that so I can slack the fuck off at work?
I used to play guitar.

Yeah. That's why Jobs/Rubin invented smart phones and tablets. So we can browse whatever we want without the man looking over our shoulder. Also so the man can do the same.

it's probably google that is indexing the site as inappropriate since I did not add any meta data that would be considered questionable. I've been seeing google bots logged in here quite often.

If "fixing it" means bleeping every bad word like HC, that's not going to happen, sorry :(

If there is any other way, I would like to know about it.

The google bots recourse thru an entire site and find all content and then meta tag it. Subtitle: There is no hiding shit from the over lords -- You can't have tits and ass threads (links to who knows where) and not be flagged questionable.
You anted up a narcissistic boil and a conniving witch. Thanks America. Signed, the world.

Websense does this at my work as well. "Possibly damaging content." It takes a week or so for Websense to index the site, then it's fine.

I never would. If my work didn't care what I did, I wouldn't have an iPhone.

I own my "work" machine, so yes. I do have a Samsung s-3 as well, when I am sitting in the vehicle waiting for more work.

The other way to get it to work is to get your network team at work to whitelist the domain in whatever web filtering software they're using. :-
