I hit 200lbs this morning! Going for this shit. Gonna break 200 by the end of the week.
Fuck yeah! Kick ass!
Nuts are good for you in moderation. They're healthy, but fatty. The wife makes me eat a 1/4 cup everyday. Because we don't eat processed foods, we have to get our vitamins from somewhere else.
It's not so much about the actual weight for me as it is the looks. I could weigh 300lbs as long as I looked like a brick shit house but a pony keg under my shirt was a different story.

NO shit!!! right on mang! I got 2lbs to go and i'll be at 2bills. I have a ton of excuses at the moment for going slow... graduation (even tho' no one in our family is), there's a pregnant women in our house = food, wife's bday is coming up = desserts, anniversary is coming up = food/desserts + not enough sex to offset, stress from over studying for my real estate agent's license...
ALL (lame) EXCUSES! - but i'm using them anyway
Hang in there my friend. The motivation to make smart decisions is tough. I beat 20 years of hard drug use so I can beat this too. With a big motherfuckin brutal stick.

Kick ass man! I have my weigh in tomorrow. Hoping to be between 200-204. My goal is 185 final weight but that's going to take some time for sure.

Ok. I have to rectify my statement after my wife watched a new food documentary and doing some research. Craft beers will put on the pounds, as the beer industry is like every other American food outlet. One of the main ingredients is corn. Every brewery I'm a fan of uses corn. It turns into sugar, and is terrible for people.

Bummer.
I'm taking that kiss back then.
It's cool. For the time being I'm backing down on the good beers. I've only had 2 all week(I normally have 2-3 a night). Switched to Vodka and club soda. I really dig the vodka buzz.

Been on my diet since Jan 24 and I am down 42 pounds. Some people are saying I'm starting to lose too much but according to BMI chart I am still 25 lb. over green zone. I guess I have just always been dense and have wide frame.

I just weighted in at 178. Under 180 for the 1st since my 20s. my goal is 175 so I am really close now. It's too bad I decided to celebrate it by eating chocolate pie. But I'm back on track tomorrow.

I must admit, I have been eating like a horse the last two weeks, but believe me, I've burned every last calorie! This is me at the summit of the final climb in the race this weekend. Filthy and exhausted after 60 miles of torture, but stoked to be done! Lost 40 lbs training for this race, and intend to keep it up as we approach summer.
I gotta tell you guys I have never felt better since kicking the sugar habit. It may sound like bullshit but I have way more energy, I think more clearly, my memory seems better, I sleep better, It's easier to get up and get going in the morning, I'm more focused. The list keeps going on and on. I'm less hungry. I'm not dragging ass all the time.
Sugar must be the devil.
I drink a shit load of water but I like flavor at times. Any recommendations? (besides booze/beer ) I tried crystal light and it's ok but it has some shit I can't read in it so it's probably the devil as well.

right on! fuckin' eh...well done, keep at it. Steady as you go.
I just got below 200 for the first time in 20yrs. I have this old Health-O-Meter scale. You know the one with the sliding weights on a fulcrum. One for 50lbs and one for fractions of a lb. It's fun to finally move the "50" weight over.
