The biggest help was HCAF. There were about 3 or 4 key posters that gave me pointers and advice. Plus a thread in kvr audio forum had a sales thread so I got software, effects, synths etc at a cut price.
Shame it went to shit, but as long as the regulars come here it will be all good.
