PLexi 50W volume off and Sound still go through

I just finished building a plexi 50W and i was wondering if its normal sounds go through even if both volume at zero, the input Ii is more quiet though.
Any input appreciated.

Not normal, check the circuit again, especially around the volume 1 & 2 pots.
