Hot Mustard

Post by afxwinter »

Anyone into hot mustard?
I'm thinking of the really spicy stuff you can find at street meat vendors occasionally.
I can't find it in any stores. All the stuff I've tried is really weak and has no kick to it at all.
I've got almost the perfect hot dog recipe minus the mustard (foreman grilled dogs, fried onions, mesquite bbq sauce)
Are there any brands you know of that could fit the bill?

My favorite mustard from the grocery store is Inglehoffer Stone Ground. I add ghost pepper sauce to the bottle to taste.
