Drilling holes in pedaltrain for Neutrik jacks

Does someone know what drillbit is best for this? Does anyone know where you can buy a pedaltrain with the jacks already installed?

On this page it says they fit perfectly into a 15/16" hole.
(pretty big hole to be drilling in metal by hand)
