Congrats, those are nice amps. If you don't like it you should be able to make some $ on it.

HNAD!
man, it's in better shape than some of the 'new' Mesas at my local GC

even came with the padded Mesa cover!

So far it is actually impressing me more than I remember. May have to take this to the jam room and see how it handles the low end of the POG.

I was gonna say welcome to the club, but if I remember right, you had a recto for a short time as well. HNAD! Make a weekend of tearing into it. Enjoy!

Mesa amps I've had:
Nomad 55 1x12 - hated it and happily traded for a Hot Rod Deville 2x12 plus cash
Triple Rec - loved it but wasn't in a band at the time and sold it for profit. (I traded an AD30 for it that I paid $700 for)
Mesa Rectoverb combo - liked it quite a bit but it was blowing fuses when I turned the master up above 11 o'clock and I cut my losses since it was from GC.
I'm still weary of Mesa amps, but $700 was too cheap to pass up.

I am digging it so far.
Thing looks mint! I try to take really good care of my gear but inevitably gets *some* some wear from gigging etc. The two charvels I got were like mint, dudes must have barely played them if at all (but were setup badly so maybe that's why lol). Gotta love getting deals on mint gear from those type of guys though!

Haha right?? I was expecting it to be scuffed up or having problems but the guy had just retubed it with new Mesa tubes all around and took really good care of it. Unfortunately he had been laid off and needed to pay his bills. There were 2 other lone stars on our CL for $900 so he undercut them for immediate sale. I was the first guy brave enough to show up LOL
