PM's not working?

PM's don't seem to be working. They just sit in my outbox and don't get sent. Anybody know what's going on? I tried to PM the moderator but that doesn't work either.

That means the recipient hasn't read the PM yet. Once they read it, it goes to the "Sent" folder.
