Modifications: I took this to my local luthier for work. This included:
sanded down and oiled back of neck
replaced side dots with more prominent white dots (the stock was barely noticeable and was very annoying
replaced stock 808s with SD Nazgul Sentient set
full setup; currently is tuned to standard D with a low dropG and a hi G
I have had it in standard F# many times and it works well. dropE gets a bit floppy but will work and is fun
Love this guitar, which is why I put the extra cash into it. My hands really hurt playing this, which is why I am selling it
Cosmetics are in great shape with no significant dings noticed, playing functionality is 100%
