so who else got hit by this blizzard

We got pounded here in RI. Power was out for the whole island I live on. A couple of High Tensions wires crossed and BOOM!!! Big blue flash hotter than the sun. Sent a power surge through the grid that started a fire at my water plant Friday night. I walked into a treacherous shitshow Saturday morning and got to stay there dealing with it for 16 hours straight. Meanwhile my elderly parents were buried in snow with no heat or power. Thankfully, my sister and her sons went and dug them out and took them to her house where there was heat and electricity. As for my job, the shit is hitting the fan as we speak and I can't wait for my chance to throw my boss under the proverbial bus, run him over and then back up and do it again.

Needless to say, I am looking for a new job.
