NRD: It's finally here and ready to boogie! ;)

Post by darkintension »

What's shakin forumites?

It's been the longest time since I've actually had a tube rig and not running amp sims for practice but it's finally ready to go. When I first got the amp, I took it straight to Mesa in Petaluma for some servicing. As hard as it ways to wait three weeks for it to come back home it was soooo worth it. In the meantime, I picked a Recto 2x12 for a killer deal. It has definitely seen a good amount of shows but it's nice and broken in but came with no feet. Went to go pick up the amp today and grabbed some rubber feet for the cab while I was at it then came home and plugged her in. It sounds killer! Without further ado, here is the new rig!

Congrats!

Thanks bro!

When I picked up the Mark III, I was surprised at how well maintained it was for being about 25 years old! Especially with it being barewood. :cop:

Thanks for all the kudos gents!

I just tried the customized Marshall setting in the Boogie manual and combined it with the slight happy face V and it kills! Been jamming to The Darkness for the past hour. haha
