NOTD

Post by Zozobra »

I gots me a new OT (inMADout TU34M100) to replace the dead one in my AOR. I should get it fitted this week hopefully. I need to wire up my newly acquired variac and then recap a Laney Klipp100 and then I am good to fit it. Its a big beast. Rated to produce 25Hz at 140W!

Nah, the variac is just for testing purposes so I can bring the voltages up slowly to check that everything looks okay before blasting the circuit with full voltage/current. You don't really want to install a cap backward and then flip the switch on a vintage partridge power transformer! The picture is just me holding the new OT in my hand.
