I fucking adore my Model T/Port City rig, but I've always wanted to try a Bogner Ecstasy or SLO100. So I would probably find a good excuse to do all of them together just for shits and giggles. 6 OS2x12 cabs for them all to share.

I guess I'd add some empty top cabs to my maps, just for looks lol.

Full stacks look cool, but half stacks sound better to me. With my maps, when you add a 2nd cab to a head, they dont sound as thick. Louder...but thinner.

Maybe have a Dumble up there to throw into a wood chipper

Yeah I'm totally happy with my rig. Any problems with it are due to me, not the gear, lol.

I think I would just want another VH100R and another stack with different speakers all switchable.

My live rig would be quite similar to yours and I'm already half way there. My Tube Screamer boosted VTM 60 with 4 Peavey 4x12s w/Celestion G12K85s.

I prefer the VTM 60 to the VTM 120 and the Butcher. Supposedly the VTM 60 shares the same transformer with the 60 watt Triumphs and 6505 combos.

Having my own guitar tech to look after and set up the equipment so I could just play, would be epic.

JCM 800s into greenback cabs would likely do.

and a boost of some kind of course. Maybe a little bit of reverb

With homebrewed strat/dinky mutts and LPs

It'd probably be similar to what I intend it to be within the next couple years. A vintage Orange OR120 custom done with black tolex and a Hiwatt dr103 both going into their own Orange 4x12 also with black tolex and with GK100's. Not sure on the pedal board but I'd have a lot of Gretsch hollowbodies and a couple SG jr's.

What I have now, just with a matching 2x12 with G12-K100s underneath the current v30 4x12.

Peters Hydra on 2 white Voltage VB 412s loaded with various Webers, Peters Chimera on two black Orange 412s, one slant, one straight, loaded with UK greenbacks. I have a Radial ABY and a couple Jackson USA Vs, along with my SG and Voodoo V, so I'm set there too.

I guess that's only a couple 412s away from what I have now. I wouldn't mind a Jackson custom shop KV2 to throw a few things I'd like in there, but that's pretty optional.
