Kylesa?

Post by Beef »

I've been digging them a bunch lately, especially Ultraviolet and it seemed like the kind of thing a bunch of you dudes would be up on but I never hear them talked about. Anyone else?

Pretty cool - like the fuzzed out guitar tones a lot. Not really my kind of female vox, though - it's got a papa ghost thing going on that I don't really dig on. Riffs leading out are killer.

Love em. Have not checked out Ultraviolet as much. Static Tensions is the one I have and this reminds me I should get more.

I love the sound of the dual drummers and they get some sweet fuzz and weird psyched out tones going. Good stuff.

Ovid you should definitely give it a listen. I'm a big fan of Spiral Shadow too.

I will. IIRC I listened to the stream when it came out and it leaned a bit more to the psychedelic end of things than even previously. And that certainly wasn't a bad thing. Must acquire and listen more.
