It's a good tune, but it's got a similar vibe to Cynic's new stuff, but not as good. I have tried to listen to Intrinsic and for some reason I find it too annoying to get all the way through.

I've ways thought of them as "cynic-core" but I love them, probably my favorite modern band. I love the shit out of intrinsic too. There first album Exoplanet is pretty amazing too, granted quite different sounding from both this and intrinsic
