NBD! Warwick Rockbass Corvette $$

Post by Devin »

Fedex ninjas literally just dropped this off to me here at work, so I haven't been able to plug it in yet but it looks amazing, is very loud and resonant when played acoustically and feels solid as fuck. The bolt-on neck joint is one of the tightest/most perfect I've seen. I have a feeling this thing is gonna sound epic.

I'm quite happy :D

I love the way the tuners look. Just a little detail that looks damned cool.

I priced the Framus Mayfield Customs by the way. :freak:

Jammed it through my THR10 last night and could barely put it down; it's the sound i hear in my head when I think of bass

Perfectly balanced and so fucking comfy to play, too. I'm in love

Can't wait to go jam it through my buddy's Ampeg/TC rig

Thanks dude, I'm in love with it

As an update, I brought it over to my buddy's house (he's the bass player in my band) and jammed it through his SVT-4/TC Electronic 2x12 rig. MOTHER OF GOD. It was absolutely monstrous. Best sounding bass I've ever played, besides maybe an old Alembic Exploiter. But that is like an $8,000 bass

I'ma try to get a clip or two laid down sometime this weekend :thu:

Congrats on a killer bass. I almost bought a '06 Corvette Standard 5 string in Nirvana Black.
They wanted $800 for it and wouldn't budge. I scoured the internet for any and all info
on the bass. I decided I'd trade in a 2007 Gibson Explore in great shape that I wasn't playing for it.
I'd seen late in the evening before closing time. I figured even if I got there after lunch the next day,
I'd still be there but it was gone. You snooze, you lose.
