Sounds a little closer to Om than Sleep though - like this is the bridge between Dopesmoker and older Om like Conference of Birds.
Wonder what Matt is using for tones on this record, straight up Matamp like on Dopesmoker, or a pedal (like the Pharaoh he's been using more recently)?
