I will say that's about as close as I've ever seen anybody come to copping an entire Dime song. Only one riff sounds a little off the mark, and I doubt anybody that didn't worship that song upside down would notice it.
Oh man, I'm SOOOOO glad I got to see Pantera live. First time I saw them, I was out in the pit like 25 feet from the front. Everything was quiet for a sec, and I yelled, "DIMEBAG!!!!" He looked at me with a confused look like, "what a dork. " It was awesome.
FWIW, this vid is cool, but it's really missing Vinny on the drums. Something about the way the tempo swings in the vid sounds very non-Pantera. I don't think it's Zakk's fault.

I honestly think it was them two together. They just locked into each other like nothing else and when the beat swung it swung perfectly every fucking time.
I saw 'em live once. Opening for Skid Row (Slave to the Grind era). Absolutely killer show.

Totally agree! Zakk was surprisingly on his game here, but Vinnie's drumming is missed.
