Satriani instantly came to mind when I read the thread title.

You shut your whore mouth.
My answers:
You could have just posted your response to phrophus, and we'd have known your taste in music generally sucks. You didn't have to type all that just to
Also, you tick off all those classic Stones' songs but you DON'T list Parachute Woman? WTF?
Thanks for your engaging contribution to this thread. Did you even bother to read the thread title? Have you gone to a lot of bars and seen bands playing Parachute Woman?

That you knew all those songs I'm guessing means you like the bands enough to listen to other stuff of theirs, except it appears you have a general disdain for Pink Floyd and the Stones. Maybe you dig the shit out of Piper at the Gates of Dawn, Meddle, and Animals.
No harm, no foul man. I just got back from a 6 day drinking binge in Cancun. I managed not to get Monetzuma's Revenge this time. I like all those band except the Doors and Kiss, though I have every Doors album. You'd have to be full retard to have every Kiss Album, where's that Ace guy around here? I love Meddle. I love Animals. I am a huge huge huge Mick Taylor era stones fan. If I knew that the Stones would replace Ronnie with Mick and record an album, I would gladly poison Ronnie; not that he hasn't done a few good songs with the Stones.
I Fucking HATE all things Doors, except riders on the storm. I just like the feel. I dislike most 60's rock, it had a vibe & similarity that that makes me cringe. I dont discount its validity.. whatever a person likes is fine with me unless its cookie cutter, corporate designed, regurgitated vomit.
70's music seems more interesting & organic to me.

Say what? You'z crazy.
I don't know how you can say Dark Side Of The Moon and Wish You Were Here sucked. I did hate them for the longest time, but I finally "got it" back in '08. Those two albums, well mainly David Gilmour, makes me forget about my hatred for the Strat's control layout.

I'm all about Mick era stones as well. Its strange, Ronnie seems like he doesn't do much with the Stones but if you listen to the Faces albums there is a ton of great playing and tones.
I really dont HATE his shit, maybe theres some fine stuff, but I hear some people Jizz about him being a guitar-god or something, & Black Magic Womans solo, & Im like... "Ehh?"
