I know this is a troll thread...but goddamnit...I'd rather listen to Hammet's body of work over Lynch's body of work. :o

kirk had some fantastic solos during his career. I know everyone loves to hate him, but ill be damned if he didn't write some memorable leads and melodies.

I've always wondered how the kamikaze played/sounded. I don't think I've ever run across anyone that has owned or posted clips of one.

:idk:

I'd rather shoot myself in the face than listen to Metallica ever again. I wish they would fall into obscurity. People talk shit about Tool fans, but Metallica fans are their own breed of special.

Interesting - would never have thought he would dig a bigger neck. Did you dig it?

At the time... No. The neck was too massive. I picked it up expecting a typical Strat feel and was immediately disgusted and set it back down.

But after playing my LP...Who knows maybe I would really dig it now. :idk:

When I really started playing LPs they messed up (or fixed :)) the way I approach anything. I had a PRS at that time with a wide thin (which I loved) - couldn't play it anymore.

I actually thought Death Magnetic had a slight return to some ok stuff on it, but overall I think their last great stuff was Justice.
Attitudes just seem wrong & everything...
