Seriously... there is NO way to know if this is in "Mint Condition"
I sent the seller a Private Message... "Hi GuitarStuds, Inc., Just a quick question about the "Fender Custom Shop 59' Stratocaster (2023) - Aged Sonic Blue Over 3 Tone Sunburst".... How can we know that it is really in mint condition? Just kidding... good luck with the sale!!!" I'll let you know if I get a reply.

This aside, honestly I don't think that the term "mint condition" should be used for anything that is not new, from a store. Other than that, the seller is just opening himself up for a refund claim, because that description can be very easily picked apart by the most miniscule detail.
I don't even describe my gear as in "excellent" condition. I just put it as good, used condition even if I can't find absolutely nothing wrong with it.
This usually also attracts buyers that are more chill to begin with because they're looking for a tool, not a trophy.

Yes, I totally agree. You mentioned it before and in more than one thead... "Mint" refers to: in brand new condition with no visial signs of wear. It's hilaious to think that a reliced guitar coud ever be referred to as "mint"... even if it's brand new, straight from the factory!
