I have no GAS :( May buy an amp switcher

Post by ZEEGLER »

I mean, I guess I have a bit of GAS, but far less than usual. There are some interesting amps for sale locally, and I'm just not super interested.

Instead I'm thinking of ordering a KHE amp switcher. I assume they don't do custom orders? I want one with a loop switcher, and ideally I would like 4 amps, 2 cabinets, 2 loops, but it looks like the only one with loops is 4-4-4. Whut do?

If you can afford it, get the 4-4-4. You don't have to use everything. Ordering a custom one will probably cost more than a standard production unit (if they do even do it, I am not sure).
Guitars:
'78 Les Paul Pro / '89 SG Special/ '04 Gibson Les Paul Classic 3 pickup / Jackson Star/ Endres Tele / Fernandes Rhoads/ ''74 Hohner MIJ strat/ 2 Partscasters

Amps:
Depends on when you ask. I got tired of constantly updating this section lol

Cabs
Marshall 1960A w V30s/ Seismic 2x12 w Redback and V30.

Last night I ordered a sag regulator power supply. A friend just got one and has been sending me clips of effects sagged down as low as 4v and sounds pretty cool. Had to try one out for myself.

Yeah, that's the one. It's a little expensive for what really just amounts to a frivolous toy for me, but it looks like it's a high quality piece of gear, and I imagine it will be an easy sell if I ever wanna get rid of it.
