There's also Sig version for Myles Kennedy that is even more Tele-ish :

They dropped a Myles Kennedy sig too. I like the NF better

but I don't really care much for either. Has the Vela bridge which I do like a lot, and I'm intrigued by the pickups. Overall too ugly imo

The more I look at them the more I DNW. I’m sure someone somewhere will enjoy these. I’ll stick to other PRSi.

I’d take a Vela with narrow field pickups. That would be pretty cool actually.

Yeah that'd be awesome.

As for the new models, based on looks, I like the NF 53 better than the Myles Kennedy although I don't see myself ever actually buying one. :idk:

I personally love it. PRS quality control and consistency, good take on the Tele shape. I also love whatever they did to bring out the wood grain. Say what you will but PRS always consistently bring the tones, quality and playability.

I have no doubt it’s a very well made guitar. I’m sure it’ll sound great and play amazing too. Just visually does nothing for me, but that’s me. I’m glad that there’s folks out there excited for it. I like that PRS is taking chances and experimenting still.

While I don’t care for the looks of either much (although not gonna lie, the white NF is growing on me quite a bit) I gotta give them credit for being a bit original, even if lots of folks hate it. I think they could’ve very easily just taken the tele shape slapped the PRS cut away on it and called it a day without risk of lawsuit.

At the end of the day it’s much less a tele copy than the SS is a strat copy
