FS: Sennheiser EW-D CI1 rackmount wireless

Post by Mk2 Steve »

Selling my rack wireless, as my main band is no longer playing live shows. It's a Sennheiser EW-D CI1 Q1-Q6.

Comes with everything needed - transmitter, battery, guitar cable, receiver, rackmount hardware, power supply, antennae and cable. It also comes with the optional charger and spare battery pack.

Works perfectly - gigged a bunch of times, but is in great shape as it was kept in my rack case the whole time. Worked flawlessly across multiple venue types, including some large stages. I actually went out into the audience during a couple gigs, fairly far from the stage, and had no drop outs or any issues at all. Tons of range, no noticeable latency, no dropouts or any issues. One neat feature is the phone app - you can be sat backstage, scanning for the best frequencies and controlling the unit (and other sync'd Sennheiser units) via bluetooth (I did this before shows, very handy).

Couple of things to note; I don't have the strap clip for the transmitter, as it was crap - so you'll need a pouch. I used the Levys wireless pouch, did the job great. Also, the black faceplate that holds the antennae had a band logo sprayed on it, which has since been sprayed over black. Its a bit scratched from moving the antennae, but nothing major. If I was still playing shows that required a wireless, I'd absolutely keep this as it worked flawlessly. I upgraded to this from a Shure GLX-D, as I was having drop out issues on larger stages, and this absolutely did the job.

$500 shipped to CONUS.
