FS: Nik Huber Krautster

Post by macgaj3 »

This is an unbelievable guitar, spectacular playability and tone. It's a Hot Rod with the build quality of a Rolls Royce. I'm finding myself wanting more flexibility than the single pickup offers.

It's a Nik Huber Krautster - a single humbucker LPJr style guitar with a slab mahogany body, vintage white finish bound in cream, and natural backs and sides. The neck has a chunky 50s profile, flame maple shaft with a rosewood fretboard. Pickup is a DiMarzio 36th Anniversary and the tone control is a push-full for a coil tap. It's set up with 10s. The neck access cutaways on these are legendary.

It's in good condition, with no major dings or scratchings. That said it definitely looks like what it is - a guitar that is well loved and played often. I didn't wipe it down at all for the pictures, so what you see is what you get.

The cheapest Huber on reverb right now is just shy of 3K. I'm looking to get $2500 after any fees. GGFBros get free shipping, and I would also happily meet within a couple hours of Raleigh NC if you prefer an in-person transaction. Comes with the case pictured.

Reach out with questions.
