the big albums were awesome because of Juan Alderete , Juan was injured a few years ago though and is taking it easy . The news feeds say Flea in on bass on the new stuff . That track above is cool . It's a unique blend of styles .

Jon Theodore was also such a huge part of the early records (for me at least). The dudes that came after him are super talented but he’s in a class of his own. Also real hard to imagine a Mars Volta without Ikey Owens.
Wu-Tang is for the children.
