Now I’ve read a lot about reaper being free on this forum... is this true? They have the free trial, but will I have to pay after the 60 days?

CONGRATS AND HNSD!!! WOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!

I don't use Reaper but, from what I understand, it's supposed to be free.
Maybe it's the full version but, after the expiration, it reverts to the free version?

From what I hear people use it forever without having to actually buy it, though you should just buy it. It's cheap as hell so just do it.

I was going to after the trial if I liked it. I wasn't really planning on using it for free forever

It is Boyscout ware. It is sooo damn cheap if you like it the $60 is nothing. It even includes some really nice VST's for "free". Theme it to look like anything you want. The support and amount of training videos out there alone make it a no brainer.
