Chase Tone Fuzz Fella.
BC108
BC109
I am partial to the 109. But they both sound damn fine to me.

had a couple of these. cant beat the price point
Re: This Fuzz, Me Likey.
I have a Fuzz Fella with 108Cs and Dunlop's JF-H1 Fuzz Face (blue) with 108s.
Playing my 50s style MIM Strat through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, my Dunlop Fuzz Face does cleans better for me. It's more responsive to my Strat's volume pot, more sensitive when I pick lightly, and sounds glassier. With the Strat's volume all the way up, there's more clarity in the saturated fuzz in the Fuzz Face than the Fuzz Fella. But the Fuzz Fella has that bass knob which I use when using full fuzz. The bass on the Fuzz Face I have no control over and is a bit too much for me.
My approach to Fuzz Faces is their clean-up characteristics.
If you live in the L.A. area I would love to share them with you and hear your thoughts.

Wish I could. But I am in the northeast.
I have a few germanium fuzzfaces and figure that I should get a silicon version.

Re: This Fuzz, Me Likey.
Ordered for my birfday.
I went with the teal BC109 version. I know it's totally arbitrary, but as far as colors go, I think teal sounds better than blue.
