Thinking of any possible use for such a set up, the only thing i can think of that could possibly be would be to use to try as ambient mic's for just the drummer's IEM mix (using ones that have high sound isolation) to mix in some stereo stage sound from where the e-drums are are at. However, would that really be helpful in any way? I had thought when ambient mic's are used for IEM mixes are ones pointed out at audience though.
