1) This is brilliant. 2) Liquid Metal was practically unlistenable last month because of all the Metallica. I love RTL/MoP/AJFA as much as anyone, but Jesus Christ. Variety.
Liquid Metal on Metallica month was torturous. I never heard anything from any of their good albums; only live garbage renditions of 2x4 or King Nothing

I heard some stuff off of Master of Puppets a few times, but I've listened to that album so many times, it's hard to get excited about hearing anything off of it at any given time. Oh, look, It's Master of Puppets. Again. It's Disposable Heroes, again. Look, young James is singing about war. Again. I mean, it's an all-timer of a record for a reason, and it's had a huge impact on me musically, but it's hard to get hyped for when it comes on.
Holy crap, this band sounds great and Durst sounds waaaaaaay better than current day Hetfield. Now I kind of want new LBiskit? Please don't tell anyone I said that

I think you might be right, that release kicked ass. After that, it all sounded like Whiskey in a Jar.
