Hello from Nova Scotia

Just thought I'd stop by to say hello, and introduce myself. Been playing off and on for about 20 years now (more on than off), and am a bit of a gear whore. I've gone through more gear in the past few months than I have in the past 7 years.

Before March of this year, this is the gear I used (not including pedals):
'01 PRS Custom 22
Yamaha AES620
Peavey Bandit (red stripe)
'61 Gibson GA-5
Line 6 POD HD500

Since March, this is the gear I've gone through:
Marshall JVM210H
Mesa Recto 2x12 cab
'11 Splawn QuickRod
Marshall Class 5
H&K Tubemeister 5
Orange Tiny Terror head
Peavey 6505+ 1x12 combo
Mesa Boogie Rocket 44
Marshall 1960a 4x12 cab
Fender Blacktop Strat
Epiphone LP Ultra II
Godin A6

Here's what I'm currently working with:
'01 PRS Custom 22
Fender Blacktop Strat
Epiphone LP Ultra II
'11 Splawn QuickRod
Mesa Boogie Rocket 44
Marshall 1960a 4x12 cab

My pedalboard stays fairly consistent: Boss TU-2 --> Joyo Phaser --> MXR M117r Flanger --> MXR 6-band EQ --> Boss CH-1 chorus --> T.C.E. Flashback delay

I play in a classic & hard rock cover band (Whisky Business), and this rig easily covers all my needs.

At the moment, I'm mostly gas'n for a Two-Notes Torpedo Live cab sim/load box, and a Tele.

I tend to be more of a lurker than a poster. Either way, I love to read and talk about gear, so it seems I've found the right place.

OK, that's enough time away from the classifieds... don't want to miss any deals, ha ha.

I think you're right. However, that wasn't all my gear... just the gear I use, and the amps/guitars I've gone through in the past 7 months. When I moved up here to NS 7 years ago, I left all my gear with my family back in the States thinking I would be able to easily bring it here at a later date. Unfortunately, that has proven not to be the case. It's also pretty damn hard to sell gear when you're in a different country, and have to rely on family to complete the deals for you.
